As a fully-qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist I have spent over thirteen years as both a NHS and independent practitioner helping people of all ages suffering from a wide range of bowel and digestive-related issues.

I am an accredited bowel cancer screening specialist.

Problems with your bowel, digestive-tract or stomach can be painful and upsetting, and should be investigated by a medical professional. You can then also start the road to managing symptoms that can be life-changing or embarrassing.

I have great experience in a range of conditions, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), dyspepsia, bowel habit dysfunctions (including diarrhoea and constipation), inflammatory bowel conditions and rectal bleeding and evacuation problems. It is an area I understand through my gastroenterology work, and I also understand how personally distressing these conditions can be.

As the lead for Endoscopy Services in a large NHS hospital, I have the skill and experience to perform such procedures as Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) Polypectomoy, Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography, Enternal Stents and more.
